Photo Submission Guidelines

At Abercrombie & Kent we are always looking for exceptional, professional quality photography. However, preference is given to images that show clients experiencing “& Moments” that make each destination unique. Images submitted to the A&K photo library must adhere to the following guidelines, or we cannot guarantee the quality of your images or may not be able to use them at all.

File Size & Format

All new photos are uploaded to the library at print-quality resolution. The minimum file size to be considered for upload to the library is 1MB, although 5MB or larger is preferred.

All photos submitted for upload to the library should be in the JPEG format, or should be the original file from the camera (or memory card) prior to any resizing or manipulation.

Delivery of Images

Photos may be delivered via CD, DVD, or FTP. If photos are small enough to be attached and sent via email, they are most likely too small to be considered for use in the photo library.
